Policies
- Cancellation and Non-Entry:
We understand that there are times when you might need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. We ask that you give us 48 hours cancellation notice. If we arrive at a scheduled appointment time and are unable to gain access to your home or business you will be responsible for paying 50% of the cleaning fee.
- Supplies:
Mop-Ups will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have any special requests or special products please let us know.
- Payment:
Payment is due on the day the cleaning is performed.
- Entrance:
If you are not going to be home or at the office Mop-Ups Cleaning Service will need to be provided with a key or given access to a key so we may enter the premises.
- Clutter:
Please pick up all areas to be cleaned. If a team encounters an area that is not accessible, we will assume you would like us to skip that area.
- Children and Pets:
For safety reasons we ask that your children and pets be supervised while our team and equipment are present in your home.
