POSITION: Cleaning Specialist
Job Description: Cleaning Specialists will work in supervised teams, cleaning private homes and offices. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a team environment. Must be able to easily lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a fast-paced day.
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have at least 4 verifiable personal references and a verifiable work history. Applicants must be bondable. Employees must have transportation to our office or other designated starting point each morning as well as a way home each night. Employees must have either a telephone in their home or a cellular phone. Applicants must be able to work as scheduled, 5 days per week. Applicants must have presentable appearance and will be doing hard manual labor.
Shift/hours: Varies, The usual starting time is 7 a.m. Shifts normally end between 3 and 5 p.m., but can go later.
Salary: Based on experience
POSITION: Team Leader
Job Description: Team Leaders will work in supervised teams, cleaning private homes and offices. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a team environment. Must be able to easily lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a fast-paced day. Team Leaders must be able to motivate and work well with others.
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have at least 4 verifiable personal references and a verifiable work history. Applicants must be bondable. Team Leaders must provide transportation for themselves and a team of up to 3 additional people. Team leaders must have a cellular phone. Team Leaders must be able to work as scheduled, 5-6 days per week. All applicants must have presentable appearance and will be doing hard manual labor. Shift/hours: Varies, The usual starting time is 7 a.m. Shifts normally end between 3 and 5 p.m., but can go later. Some Saturdays may be required.
